DealChaupal enables eligible businesses and advertisers to promote businesses, products, services, events and offers.
Advertiser Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertisements are truthful, accurate, lawful and not misleading.
Pricing and Discounts
Advertisements mentioning discounts should clearly and accurately represent applicable prices, discount percentages, validity and material conditions.
Misleading reference prices or fabricated discounts are prohibited.
Sponsored Content
Paid promotional content may be labelled:
Sponsored;
Promoted;
Featured; or
Advertisement.
Prohibited Advertising
DealChaupal may reject advertisements involving unlawful goods/services, misleading claims, fraudulent schemes, counterfeit goods, prohibited products, intellectual-property infringement or other content inconsistent with applicable law or Platform policies.
Approval
Submission and payment do not automatically guarantee publication.
DealChaupal may review advertisements for compliance with Platform policies and applicable requirements.
Changes and Rejection
DealChaupal may request modifications or refuse/remove advertisements that violate applicable law or Platform policies.
Where DealChaupal rejects an advertisement before the paid campaign begins, any applicable refund will be handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Performance
DealChaupal does not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, sales, leads, conversions or business results from an advertisement unless expressly agreed in writing.
