Customer Payments

At present, DealChaupal does not collect payments from customers/buyers for goods or services offered by sellers, stores, service providers, event organisers or other third parties listed on the Platform.

DealChaupal primarily acts as a discovery, advertising and marketplace-enablement platform.

If a customer decides to purchase goods or services after discovering them through DealChaupal, payment is ordinarily made directly to the relevant seller, store, service provider or other third party.

Accordingly, unless specifically stated otherwise, DealChaupal:

  • does not receive or hold the customer's purchase money;

  • does not act as the seller of third-party goods or services;

  • does not control fulfilment of third-party transactions;

  • does not determine the seller's return or refund terms; and

  • is not responsible for processing refunds relating to payments made directly to third-party sellers.

Customers should review the applicable seller's terms, refund policy and product/service information before making payment.

Nothing in this provision limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
