Listing Policy

This Listing Policy applies to businesses, sellers, professionals, event organisers and users publishing content on DealChaupal.

Permitted Listings

DealChaupal may allow listings including:

  • local businesses;

  • products;

  • services;

  • offers;

  • discounts;

  • sales;

  • new store openings;

  • events;

  • entertainment;

  • classifieds;

  • professional services;

  • business promotions; and

  • other approved local information.

Listing Requirements

Listings should contain accurate and current information.

Where relevant, include:

  • business name;

  • category;

  • city/locality;

  • contact information;

  • description;

  • actual price;

  • discounted price;

  • offer terms;

  • validity;

  • address;

  • photographs; and

  • applicable restrictions.

Offers

Businesses should not artificially inflate an original/reference price merely to represent a misleading discount.

Material conditions and limitations should be clearly disclosed.

Prohibited Listings

DealChaupal prohibits listings involving unlawful goods/services, fraudulent schemes, stolen goods, counterfeit products, misleading advertisements, prohibited substances, unlawful weapons, obscene or exploitative material, intellectual-property infringement or other content prohibited by applicable law.

Additional restricted categories may be introduced where necessary.

Images

Images must be relevant to the listing and the uploader must have appropriate rights or permission to use them.

Misleading images may be removed.

Duplicate Listings

Repeated or substantially identical listings may be restricted or removed.

Expired Offers

Businesses should update or remove expired offers.

DealChaupal may automatically mark, archive or remove expired listings.

Verification

DealChaupal may request supporting information to verify a business or listing.

Verification does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the business, product or service.

Sponsored Listings

Businesses may purchase enhanced visibility.

Paid placements should be identified using appropriate labels such as:

Sponsored, Promoted or Featured.

Moderation

DealChaupal may reject, edit for formatting, suspend or remove listings that violate Platform policies or applicable law.

Users can report suspicious, inaccurate or unlawful listings at:
