Welcome to DealChaupal (“DealChaupal”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
DealChaupal is a digital discovery and community marketplace platform designed to help users discover local businesses, offers, discounts, sales, new openings, events, classifieds, services and other city-based information.
By accessing or using DealChaupal, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Platform Role
DealChaupal primarily provides a technology and discovery platform connecting users with businesses, sellers, service providers, advertisers, event organisers and other third parties.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, DealChaupal:
does not manufacture or own products listed by third parties;
does not independently provide services advertised by third parties;
is not automatically a party to transactions between users and businesses;
does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality or suitability of third-party products or services; and
does not guarantee that every offer, discount, price, event, opening, listing or advertisement will remain available.
Users should independently verify important information before making a purchase, payment, booking or other commitment.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to independently use transactional features of the Platform.
Where a minor accesses the Platform, such access must be under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or lawful guardian wherever required by law.
3. User Accounts
Certain DealChaupal features may require registration.
You agree to:
provide accurate information;
maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
promptly update material changes to your information; and
accept responsibility for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
DealChaupal may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be fraudulent, abusive, unlawful or in material violation of these Terms.
4. Business and Seller Accounts
Businesses using DealChaupal must provide accurate information regarding their identity, products, services, prices, offers and contact details.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their listings and advertisements comply with applicable laws.
Registration or verification by DealChaupal should not be interpreted as an endorsement, certification or guarantee of a business.
5. Offers and Discounts
Businesses are solely responsible for the offers they publish or authorise.
Offer listings should clearly specify, where applicable:
validity period;
eligibility;
minimum purchase requirements;
exclusions;
stock limitations;
participating locations; and
other material terms.
DealChaupal may remove or correct an offer that appears expired, misleading, fraudulent or materially inaccurate.
6. Deal Block / Buyer Requirements
DealChaupal may allow users to post requirements or requests and enable businesses to respond with quotations or offers.
DealChaupal does not guarantee:
that a requirement will receive responses;
the accuracy of quotations;
acceptance of a quotation;
successful completion of a transaction; or
the quality of goods or services subsequently supplied.
Users and businesses should independently verify each other before completing a transaction.
7. Classifieds
Users may be permitted to publish classified advertisements.
The person publishing the advertisement is responsible for its legality, accuracy and authenticity.
Prohibited listings include illegal goods or services, stolen property, fraudulent schemes, counterfeit products, prohibited weapons, unlawful substances, obscene or exploitative content and any other item prohibited by applicable law or DealChaupal policy.
8. Events
Event information may originate from organisers, businesses, users or publicly available sources.
Event schedules, ticket availability, venues, prices and other details can change. Users should confirm important information directly with the organiser or authorised ticketing provider.
9. User Content
Users may submit listings, reviews, photographs, advertisements, comments, business information and other content.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to publish it.
You grant DealChaupal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute such content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the Platform, subject to applicable law.

Such third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. DealChaupal is not responsible for their independent actions, availability or content, subject to applicable law.
12. Payments and Paid Services
DealChaupal may introduce paid subscriptions, featured listings, advertisements, promotional packages, banners or other paid services.
Applicable charges, taxes, duration and material conditions will be disclosed before purchase.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways.

15. Availability
We endeavour to maintain reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, technical problems, third-party failures, cybersecurity incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealChaupal will not be liable for losses arising solely from transactions, representations, acts or omissions of independent third-party businesses, advertisers, organisers or users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, users responsible for unlawful content or conduct agree to indemnify DealChaupal against third-party claims arising directly from such content or conduct.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated or displayed where required by applicable law.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where legally permissible.
