Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 3 October 2026
This policy applies to payments made directly to DealChaupal for services such as featured listings, advertisements, promotional placements, subscriptions or other paid Platform services.
Free Listings
No refund applies to free services because no payment is collected.
Paid Listings and Advertising
Once a paid listing, banner, advertisement or promotional campaign has been published or commenced, charges are generally non-refundable to the extent the contracted service has already been provided.
If DealChaupal is unable to provide a paid service due to a failure attributable to DealChaupal, the user may be eligible for:
rescheduling;
service credit;
extension of the campaign; or
an appropriate full or partial refund.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewal of a subscription where recurring subscriptions are offered.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for an already commenced billing period unless required by law or specifically stated at purchase.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Verified duplicate payments or payments collected incorrectly due to a Platform/payment processing error will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.
Merchant Transactions
Where a user purchases goods or services directly from an independent business discovered through DealChaupal, cancellation, return and refund terms are generally governed by that business's policies and applicable consumer law.
DealChaupal does not control refunds for transactions in which DealChaupal did not receive the purchase payment as merchant/service provider.

Requests concerning payments made directly to DealChaupal may be submitted to:
Please include the registered email/mobile number, transaction reference, date, amount and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within the timeframe communicated at approval, subject to banking/payment-gateway processing times.
Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
